This 1031 exchange real estate consulting firm decided it was time for a little exchange of their own and reached out to Workscape Designs. Realized presented the challenge to create a modern, millennial-driven design in a historic, downtown Austin building.

Realized Holdings needed help creating a space for multiple people without the acoustic issues associated with such a setup. Our portfolio spotlight focuses on the acoustic wall treatments and removable, non-marring carpet tiles. We placed the tiles on the original wood floors to reduce reverberation and foot traffic noise in the space, and used the wall treatments to allow for more private conversations.

Additionally, the client wanted to ensure employees received upgraded workstations. We refurnished each employee with an ergonomic sit-to-stand desk to promote better ergonomics and health. Functionally, we added an acoustic screen wrap-around to each workstation and included a wire management box below each space for organization.
